Innovation Associates/Innovation Fellows at various levels-Seventy Five - (75) positions

National Innovation Foundation-India (NIF) invites applications from highly motivated professionals for various positions. Highly motivated, initiative-driven and performance-oriented candidates may apply for the following posts.

1. Innovation Associates/Innovation Fellows at various levels-Seventy Five - (75) positions

Essential Qualification: First Class Masters in Agriculture, Life Science (Botany, Plant taxonomy, Ethno botany, Microbiology, Medical Science (Ayurvedic, Allopathic), Natural Product Chemistry, Veterinary Science, Product and Industrial Design, Business Development/Entrepreneurship Development, Mass Communication, Journalism, Graphic Designing, Engineering(Mechanical, Agriculture, Electronics, Production), Intellectual Property Rights . Minimum three years' experience in relevant area is essential for Innovation Fellow positions.

Desirable:Doctorate degree and experience in relevant area at reputed institution

2. Finance and Administration Managers at various levels/ Finance and Administration Associates -Six (06) positions

Essential Qualification: CA/ICWA/CFA/ Post Graduate in Commerce, Finance and accounts, Human Resource Management, Public administration, Communication and other related subjects with three years' experience for Manager in handling the administration, finance, store and purchase etc.

Desirable: Work experience at reputed institutions.

Emolument: Up to Rs. 60,000/- for the position of Innovation Fellow, Rs 50,000/- for the position of Managers and Rs 30,000/- for the position of Finance, Administration and Innovation Associates.

Age: Not exceeding 35 years. The upper age limit is relaxable for the applicants from the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Physically Handicapped and other special categories in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time. 

General: 
The Controlling Authority may give relaxation in qualification, experience and the upper age limit in case of deserving candidates. All the positions are contractual initially for three years. Candidates working in Government Departments / Public Sector Undertakings / Autonomous organisations should apply through proper channel.

Instructions for Group Group B1,B3,B4,B22, G1,G2,G4,G5,G6,G7,G31,G32

1. After reaching your village, Group Leaders should fill in their group details by visiting following link

Password will be sent through either by SMS or Whatsup to all the Group Leaders.

This task should be completed within first 1 week of start of RAWE Programme

2. Every week on Saturday, Group Leaders should fill in their Group Attendance details and their Field works/ Demonstration Details (for Animal Husbandry)by visiting following link

Password will be sent through either by SMS or Whatsup to all the Group Leaders.

3. Every Student must maintain following records individually

  1. One Observation Note book for Animal Husbandry
  2. One Record Note Book/ Project report for Animal Husbandry

3. Each Group should maintain a Field Work/ Demonstration Record for Animal Husbandry - with photos, farmers attendance register, newspaper clipping (One record for entire Group).

In the Record Note/ Project Report, following exercises should be recorded

  1. Identification of Livestock and Poultry Breeds (in the village chosen)
  2. Common Livestock and Poultry Diseases and their Prevention (in the village chosen)
  3. Clean Milk Production - Demonstration 

4. Each Group should maintain a Field Work/ Demonstration Record for Animal Husbandry (One record for entire Group). It should contain details about your nearest veterinary hospital visits, veterinary camps conducted and Clean milk production demonstration details (Photos, Participants signatures, their feedback etc.,)
